Feedback from our research participants on their experience of taking part in research at the NIHR Sheffield Clinical Research Facility is vital in shaping the service that we provide. 

We offer participants the opportunity to provide anonymous feedback on their experience using surveys such as the NIHR Participant in Research Experience Survey (PRES) and the NHS Friends and Family Test. We regularly review all feedback that we receive and aim to address any issues raised to ensure that our participants have the best possible research experience. 

We also share positive feedback with our teams in order to celebrate the hard work of all of our staff.
